Winter Parking
Winter parking concerns have always been an issue
within the three cities. There is a City Ordinance
for each jurisdiction, which generally prohibits
parking over 24 hours on any city street or
alleyway. There are also provisions for prohibited
parking on certain streets during the late
night/early morning hours.
The city "right of way" is generally considered the
entire area between telephone poles and a city
street or alley.
